We are happy to announce that our lighting scheme for Hotel Adlon won a German Lighting Design Award, at the category Hotel & Gastronomy. The modernization of Hotel Adlon’s public areas took place in 2016 with an investment volume of 6. Mio Euros. In the course of the refurbishment, the complete lighting system of the reconstructed hotel lobby has been renewed. The aim of the lighting concept was to support a clear functional hierarchy for the lobby, the adjacent reception, the bar, and the breakfast areas, thus optically harmonizing these spaces to create a clear overall spatial impact.
